I am writing to share my own experience with self-coaching.

Sefl-image is vital for coaching.

Self-image is “what I am shy of” or “what I am every time rich”.

People have their self-images in their brains.

Self-image is related to the elements outside of you.

For example, when you imagine yourself as a kind person, Your image is determined by your relationship with other people.

In other words, your self-image is related to the outside of you.

So, if you want to change your self-image, only you have to do is to change the relations between you and others.

As is often the case with an explanation in a self-help book, it says changing yourself is vital to changing your life, but it is incorrect.

Instead, changing the relations between you and others is vital.

I will tell you how to change the relations in another topic.

Well, we live by our self-image.

Conversely, we do not derail from self-image in basic.

Our attitude and behaviour return to our self-image, even if we are off from it.

Otherwise, our minds will go crapse.

To avoid such a tragedy, homeostasis works.

Homeostasis is our instinct which matches self-image with attitudes and behaviours.

Therefore, if we change our self-image, our reality follows it.

I tried experimenting with it.

I stayed inside my house and office for fear of contracting coronavirus during the peaks of the virus.

I could only vividly change my self-mag in my house or office.

My new self-image at that time was I made the most of my English to act globally.

I did visualization and affirmation to replace my old image with the new one.

My English level was nothing but Junior high school level back then.

But thanks to my visualization and affirmation, I began to take English lessons, read English newspapers, and listen to English podcasts.

My English capability was so miserable as to understand only 20 % of what they said.

My actual English ability was far away from my ideal level.

Nevertheless, I continued to visualize and affirm my new self-image.

As a result, I have been able to say what I want to.

I have been able to read English newspapers and magazines without using dictionaries.

I have been able to understand the 80% of what English programs for native English speakers say.

I could attend a class at an American university with American students.

I launched my English website.

These are brought by visualization and affirmation to replace my self-image.

The vividness of my new self-image creates a gap in my reality, and the gap creates energy.

Our minds are eager to collect the gap as soon as possible.

This is the theory of how our mind works.

The next time, I will write about how to renew our self-image.
